- Reach a limit and you get a clear message. Nothing is ever charged silently.
Why it is set up this way
- Local is always free. Recording, transcribing, editing and exporting stay unlimited in every plan, even without an account.
- Pay for what costs money. The plans differ in cloud costs: server transcription, AI summaries, audio storage and team features.
- Viewers are free in Team. Colleagues and clients who only read do not need a paid seat.
- Privacy is not an upsell. EU hosting, isolation per workspace and "no network by default" apply to everyone.
